Swiss Steel Group harmonizes their image
As part of a structural change that puts the focus on customers, the visual appearance now follows suit.
The Swiss Steel Group will be placing even greater emphasis on the Group concept. Its transformation to a divisional structure with the three divisions Stainless Steel, Engineering Steel, and Tool Steel orients the sales organization fully on the needs of the customer. With this holistic market analysis, the Group is bundling all units and operating under a strong brand: the Swiss Steel Group.
This step is an expression of the realignment and in taking it, the market presence is strengthened, pointing the way to the future. A future that will be characterized by even closer cooperation of the former Business Units in line with individual customer requirements. A future that will continue to push decarbonization intensively, and in which the Swiss Steel Group will further expand its market leadership in the area of Green Steel in Europe. “I am very pleased by the entire Group’s move to a common brand as yet another sign of our unity and our great determination to be the thought and innovation leader in the decarbonization process of the steel industry,” says Frank Koch, CEO of the Swiss Steel Group. The Swiss Steel Group operates environmentally friendly electric arc furnaces in all its plants in Germany, France, Switzerland, Canada and the USA and has a broad product portfolio with which they meet a wide-ranging customer requests.
Starting in January 2023, the Swiss Steel Group companies will gradually begin harmonization in branding. The goal is to conclude the process by the end of 2023.
The new organizational structure as well as the common brand will do nothing to change the legal framework.
